The Ask: Elevate their image while still preserving elements of their original identity. We re-imagined their brand system, adding a personable polish to menus, wayfinding signage, promotional materials, and more—giving them a fresh face for their new consumer.

Training Materials

Change is hard. This manual was designed to generate excitement around the upcoming brand changes at Friday’s. Used as a training tool, this helped managers at the store level navigate the process and focus on creating brand awareness through the remodeling stage.

On the consumer side, this accordion folded, two-sided beer guide gives the consumer a quick lesson on which style best suits their taste.

The Kentucky Derby has the Mint Julep, Wimbledon has the Pimm's Cup, and when it comes to the U.S. Open, nothing is quite as iconic in the cup as the Honey Deuce. As an official sponsor of the US Open, Grey Goose Vodka (Bacardi U.S.A.), invited guests to watch the matches from a private suite in the stadium.
